Healthy Summer Picnic and Barbecue Tips!

Good morning!

Another summer long weekend is fast approaching so I have put together
a newsletter with tips on healthy grilling and healthy picnics – I
hope you enjoy!

This month I am back well rested from my vacation and happy to have a
full Clinic schedule. I am available in the Clinic Mondays & Fridays
from 9:30am Р7pm.

Many new patients are surprised to learn that I practice acupuncture
as well as nutrition, botanical medicine and homeopathy. If you are
interested in receiving acupuncture treatments I practice:
– Traditional Chinese Medical acupuncture for a wide variety of common
conditions such as seasonal allergies, hormonal imbalances including
fertility and pregnancy preparation, anxiety, addictions including
smoking cessation, weight loss, constipation, as well as many other
common complaints.
– Musculoskeletal acupuncture for ligament and tendon strains, over
use injuries, tight muscles and muscle knots.
