The end of the summer and beginning of the school year signals a return to routine for many people. So, Dr. Mary MacDonald has decided to give some ideas for back to work and school snacks and nutrition ideas for this month’s newsletter – we hope you enjoy and it gives you some valuable

Dr. MacDonald sees a rise in children’s and family’s immune system issues around this time of the year probably because our young ones are in such close proximity to each other again. If this is a problem for your family, we suggest a check up with her so she can address these issues before they take hold.
